We couldn't have asked for a smoother installation process and we truly thank you all for your professionalism, talents and efficiency.

Since taking over The Wedding Cafe in January, we have been bombarded with over crowded bridal workshops and bustling lunch crowds. While these are all good problems for new business owners to have, we also faced the issue of a very warm and uncomfortable atmosphere. Luckily Airextreme was recommended to us.

From the estimate stages, we were impressed with Ryan's courteous and professional manner. He was on time and offered an honest evaluation of the problem. Although Airextreme was not available for installation for two weeks, we felt it was worth the wait. In fact, our deciding factor to use Airextreme was not only based on price, but on Ryan's ethical demeanor and knowledge.

The actual installation went smoother than anticipated. Ryan told us the job would be complete by 2:30pm and by 2:45pm the new air conditioner was on and running. Very impressive. This proves Airextreme's reliability and efficiency. Each crew member exuded confidence in their work and completed the job right on time.

We were exceptionally pleased with Airextreme's customer service. Our phone calls were always returned immediately and our questions answered promptly in detail. I even had a thorough demonstration of how to operate the air conditioner's remote control!
